Depending on the stock of the couch you have ordered, we aim to deliver your couch to UK mainland within 10 working days. You can find more information about treatment couch delivery on each product page or on our delivery page. Addax Treatment Couches are sold from stock and are available with the fastest delivery.
For UK mainland addresses, your couch will be delivered by a specialist two man delivery team. We organise a date and time for your delivery and then our delivery team will call you when they are on their way to your venue. The treatment couch will be installed in the room of your choice and set up for use. We always test that the couch is fully functional before leaving and we dispose of all packaging for you. We can also remove your old treatment couch for an additional fee.

For UK deliveries, our specialist two man delivery team will install your treatment couch for you. They are very easy to install, you can simply lift them up onto their wheels and position them where you like, you can then use the levers to place them back on their feet. For electric couches they simply plug into the mains electricity.

As Treatment Couches are Medical Devices, they need to be serviced at least once a year to comply with PUWER (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998), to ensure they are safe for use, are maintained in a safe condition and ensure they are correctly installed and do not subsequently deteriorate.
