I bought this thicker mat as I have a knee problem and it is definitely more comfortable for that than the thinner ones. I am very happy using it for my Pilates exercises as it is comfortable to lie down on too.

Great mat
Great matt! Was def worth getting a thick matt, very comfortable to use. Although takes up some storage space when rolled up.

Good exercise mat, it moves a little on hardwood floors on some exercises but overall very good.
