Our Resistance Bands are ideal for rehabilitation and strengthening exercises, you can also use them to stretch and to improve flexibility. They are widely used in Pilates and Yoga.

PhysioWorld’s Resistance Bands come with a user guide which demonstrates various exercises so you can use them to the best of your ability.

This product contains Latex. Do not use this product if you have a Latex allergy.

Available in 3 strengths: Light (Green), Medium (Blue) and Strong (Red)

Very Effective Exercise Equipment

I bought this resistance band for my mother, as a very satisfied user of one myself. I use mine to build glute strength in order to reduce running injuries. It is an incredibly effective piece of exercise equipment for something so simple & cheap - I should strongly recommend one.
