The Addax Half Yoga Block can be used either in place of or alongside our Full Yoga Block for small height adjustments in a wide range of yoga and Pilates postures. It enhances your practice by supporting, stabilising and aligning your body. It can be placed under your hands, feet or spine.

It is made from high quality, scratch-resistant EVA foam, so it is strong enough to support your bodyweight while being light enough to take anywhere. It is easy to clean, which ensures it keeps its professional look.

Available in Blue, Pink or Graphite

Delighted with the product

This really helps me with sitting postures. . Eases pressure on the sitting bones and helps straiten my backand connect upper thighs to the mat. It is very slim and not rigid. It works for me.
