Compact and a great design.
Works really well, the pattern on the roller adds a massage type effect that is so much more effective than the smooth ones I have used. It's also a great size so is easy to carry around as I often work away from home. I have definitely noticed an improvement with my ITB since using this.

Well I bought this for my partner, he has muscle problems in his calf and tendons surrounding the calf muscle. It's soft and light, and a great size. It was clear to find on the website even when I didn't know what it was called!, Definitely worth it especially if you have muscle problems.
